Last week was the first visit with my Doctor to check up on how the pregancy is moving along. At 10 weeks and 4 days, all is as it should be. Next week we go again for the 12-week examination (including all those tests). The due date is February 14th.
I am a citizen of both Canada and Switzerland.
While studying dental hygiene at the CEGEP de Chicoutimi in Québec, I spent a few years serving my country in the Navy Reserves. My trade was that of a diesel mechanic (but dont' ask me to fix your car:-)
After pocketing my dental hygiene diploma I moved to British-Columbia to practise dental hygiene. I worked in Trail (in the Kootenays) and then in Kelowna (Okanagan Valley).
After spending 2 years in BC I moved to Biel/Bienne in Switzerland, where I have been living for 11 years now and where I have met my wonderful husband Mathias.
Mat and I are parents to 2 lovely children, Miles and Reagan Alexandra.
We have done plenty of travelling and share many of the same interests stated below.
I highly value volunteering as I have gone on several dental missions to Israël, Nicaragua and Guatemala. I hope to be able to continue this tradition in the future.
